The $100 starter website

The advertised $100 build covers one website page using a proven SBG foundation customized with the client's business information, core sections, contact path, mobile layout, basic on-page search setup, domain connection and one revision round. The order is accepted only after SBG confirms that the requested work fits this scope. The $100 build fee is due before production unless the written order says otherwise.

The $25 monthly care plan

The starter website requires an initial 12-month care commitment at $25 per month. Care covers hosting, SSL, basic uptime and security monitoring, core compatibility updates, basic speed and SEO housekeeping, and one small content request of up to 30 minutes each month. Unused update time does not roll over. After the initial term, care continues month to month unless the written agreement says otherwise.

What is priced separately

Extra pages, fully custom layouts, full copywriting, brand identity, photo or video production, booking, payments, memberships, e-commerce, CRM, email or SMS systems, advanced SEO, advertising, AI, automation, integrations, portals and software are not part of the starter price. SBG confirms the scope and price of any add-on before starting it.

Project briefs, estimates and written scopes

A project brief, planning range, delivery suggestion, or estimate on this website is not a binding quote or checkout. SBG confirms the actual scope, deliverables, exclusions, price, timeline, and approval path in writing before client work begins.

Client inputs, changes and cancellation

Clients are responsible for timely access, accurate business information, content or source materials, feedback and approvals. Material changes, extra revision rounds, cancellation terms, refunds and any remaining care-plan balance are governed by the written order or service agreement.

Delivery model

Smith Brothers Group may coordinate qualified independent specialists, contractors, software providers, or other delivery partners when a written project scope needs specialized capability. SBG remains responsible for the client-facing scope, quality review, and agreed handoff, subject to the signed service agreement.

Outside costs and ownership

Domain registration, ad spend, platform subscriptions, paid licenses and third-party services are not included unless the written scope says otherwise. After final payment, clients receive the agreed finished assets and access stated in their project agreement. Outside platforms remain governed by their own terms.

Sales-partner opportunity

The sales-partner page is an invitation to apply for a potential independent-contractor relationship, not an offer of employment, salary, benefits, guaranteed hours, guaranteed leads or guaranteed income. Commission, eligibility, payment timing, territory and conduct are governed only by a separately signed agreement.

Acceptable use and limitations

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, submit unlawful content or misrepresent your identity. Business growth depends on factors outside any agency's control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, no specific revenue, ranking or performance outcome is guaranteed.
